Ductwork Fabrication, Erection, and Maintenance
In addition to our tank and vessel work, Chattanooga Boiler and Tank Company also fabricates and installs ductwork and penstocks. Our ductwork projects typically consist of carbon or stainless steel circular duct with diameters ranging from 24" to 72" and wall thicknesses ranging from 3/16" to 1/4". Chattanooga Boiler and Tank has designed, fabricated, and erected Ductwork out of many various materials in the past besides carbon steel and stainless steel. CB&T is always able to work with the material that best suits the demands of our customers. Chattanooga Boiler and Tank fabricates and erects ductwork in conjunction with other tanks and vessels we have fabricated or erected and solely on its own.
Chattanooga Boiler and Tank provides steel plate fabricated and erected tanks and vessels for a wide range of customers - the Pulp and Paper Industry, the Power Industry, the Chemical Industry, and the Waste Water Treatment Industry. As these industries have very different needs, Chattanooga Boiler and Tank has fabricated and erected very different types of Ductwork. While the demands of the Ductwork are very different, CB&T's Quality Assurance Staff guarantees a quality product every time.
For our Maintenance and Repair customers across the country Chattanooga Boiler and Tank has years of experience of replacing corroded ductwork while replacing or maintaining other vessels or solely replacing the corroded ductwork. Our maintenance crews specialize in performing their work in a quick and efficient manner, without sacrificing safety, and minimizing plant production disruption.
