Chattanooga Boiler and Tank produces a wide range of stainless steel plate and carbon steel plate tanks and vessels. With this wide range of products an excellent Quality Assurance staff is a must. Chattanooga Boiler and Tank Company has a Quality Assurance staff with many years of shop and field experience, certified in RT, PT, MT, VT, UT, LT, and AWS-CWI inspection techniques. With the ability to conduct the required testing and interpret the results in-house, the need to wait on an outside lab is eliminated. This allows for corrective procedures to be implemented immediately saving in both time and cost. Chattanooga Boiler and Tank’s field erection crews are regularly tested to ensure that the quality of our field constructed structures is as high as that of our shop fabricated structures. Chattanooga Boiler and Tank routinely manufactures stainless steel and duplex stainless steel tanks and vessels that meet the API 650, API 620, API 630, ASME VIII, AWWA D100 Specifications.

Our Quality Assurance staff regularly attends workshops and seminars to ensure that we keep pace with the latest industry practices.

Our ASME authorized inspector regularly reviews our procedures for compliance with all ASME code requirements.
