From quote request to contract award Chattanooga Boiler and Tank’s Sales Department, Engineering Department, Fabrication and Erection Management, and General Foremen analyze the specific engineering and construction demands and safety concerns to set an ambitious but meet-able project schedule. At this point major safety concerns are engineered out, if possible.
Everyone in the construction business knows that setting a schedule and meeting a schedule are two different things. Chattanooga Boiler and Tank utilizes the years of experience in our sales, management staff, and construction foremen to set an accurate schedule and through communication and determination meets and often beats our schedule. Projects are continuously monitored and the progress tracked and compared to the planned amount, allowing CB&T to anticipate and avoid project slowdowns. Due to our training and determination Chattanooga Boiler and Tank has an on-time or ahead of time completion percentage that is significantly higher than industry average.
