For this purpose Chattanooga Boiler and Tank has a fleet of semi-tractor trailers and highly experienced drivers. Having our own fleet of trucks allows our Field and Maintenance Divisions to respond immediately and send product to the field to ensure that all contracts run smoothly and quickly.
When bidding a contract Chattanooga Boiler and Tank factors in the transportation savings and determines the cost savings in shop fabrication and transportation to the field. Whenever the tank specifications and state transportation laws allow, Chattanooga Boiler and Tank recommends the shop fabrication of the tank, as it provides the customer with a high quality vessel, often at a lower price.
